Giorgi is an investment professional with over a decade of experience on both sides of the Atlantic, including roles at Citi and Evercore. His most recent corporate role was Deputy CEO at a FTSE 250 financial institution, where he led corporate and investment banking divisions and managed a team of over 200 people.

Throughout his career, he has advised boards and management teams through numerous M&A processes - both as a buyer and as an advisor. Since 2021, he has focused exclusively on investing in and acquiring small and medium-sized businesses, with a particular emphasis on buyouts.

Giorgi holds a degree from Cornell University and has lived in Georgia, the US, Spain and the UK.
